Zhejiang Kunpeng Program Talents Application Conditions

1. The applicant requires to work full-time in Wenzhou for no more than 2 years, and promises to work continuously in Wenzhou for more than 5 years and not less than 9 months each year from the date of application.

2. It is mainly for top talents who are at the forefront of the world's science and technology and industrial development and have global influence, including winners of major international science and technology awards such as the Nobel Prize and winners of the highest science and technology awards in the United States, Britain, Germany and other countries. Zhejiang Kunpeng Plan is a top talent plan officially launched and implemented in Zhejiang Province in 2020. The goal of Zhejiang Kunpeng Project is to gather 1 1,000 people in the fields of digital economy, life and health, new materials and advanced manufacturing in the next five years.
