Waxed beans, milk meat, fish, grain, oil, sugar, beer and peanuts and hazelnuts in nuts are all acidic foods.

Alkaline foods include tofu, peas, protein, milk, celery, potatoes, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrots, kelp, mung beans, oranges, bananas, watermelons, persimmons and strawberries.

Weakly alkaline foods include: tofu, peas, soybeans, mung beans, rape, celery, sweet potatoes, lotus roots, onions, eggplant, pumpkins, cucumbers, mushrooms, radishes, milk and so on. Alkaline foods include spinach, cabbage, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, bamboo shoots, potatoes, kelp, oranges, watermelons, grapes, bananas, strawberries, millet, persimmons, coffee and wine.

Eat more alkaline food. It is found that eating more alkaline food can keep the blood weakly alkaline, reduce the acidic substances such as lactic acid and urea in the blood, and prevent them from depositing on the tube wall, thus softening blood vessels. Therefore, some people call alkaline food "a cleaner for blood and blood vessels". The pH mentioned here is not the nature of the food itself, but the nature of the elements left in the body after digestion and absorption. Common acidic elements are nitrogen, carbon and sulfur. Common alkaline elements are potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and so on. Some foods taste sour, such as tomatoes and oranges, but they are all strongly alkaline foods, because the last element after their metabolism in the body is potassium.

Strongly alkaline foods: milk, tea, persimmons, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, spinach, oranges, grapes, taro, kelp, figs, raisins, etc.

Weak alkaline food: potatoes, cabbage, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, rape, pumpkin, tofu, apples, pears, bananas, cherries, etc.
