Healthy exercise program

Monday to Friday: get up at 5: 30 in the morning and jog for 30 minutes at 6: 00.

After 8 pm, jog 1 hour.

A friend above said swimming, and I also suggested swimming. Swimming 1000 meters, probably consumes 1600+ calories. The operating cost is as high as 800+. Secondly, swimming can shape a beautiful figure!
