Who comes to the store to check the health certificate?

Generally speaking, the following people need to come to the store to check their health certificates:

1. Food producers and operators, catering service providers, principals of centralized dining units, food safety management personnel and personnel engaged in food work need to apply for health certificates.

2. Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), conduct health checkups for food practitioners and fill in the Health Checklist for case management.

3. Food and drug supervision institutions and disease prevention and control institutions shall, in accordance with a certain proportion, conduct spot checks on the Health Checklist of the supervised objects as supervision files, and classify the risks according to the unqualified rate of health examination stipulated by municipalities.
