Management methods of students' physical health

1 the main content of this semester's study is to walk and run ①50 meters fast and 30-40 meters through 2-3 obstacles. (2) Crawling and running, 1000- 1500m running alternately. ③ 1000- 1200m natural terrain running, 400-800m durable running and 40-60m accelerated running.

2 Jump ① Step or run-up, and take off with one foot touching the clothes rack. (2) Frog jump and one-legged jump (3) Standing long jump and squat long jump.

3 throwing ① Push and throw the solid ball forward with one hand. ② Throw softball or sandbag in situ.

4 Physical exercise ① Two arms take turns to do in-situ support. (2) Do push-down and low leg swing in situ and do sit-ups. ③ cartwheel exercises and extracurricular cartwheel exercises.

5 Physical Fitness Test (1) Sit-ups (2) Endurance Run (3) Standing Long Jump (4)50m Run.
