The health risk assessment system includes three basic modules: questionnaire, risk calculation and assessment report. Used to describe and evaluate the possibility of an individual suffering from a specific disease or dying from a specific disease in the future. The main aspects mainly include: 1) physiological and biochemical data, such as height, weight, blood pressure, blood lipid and so on. 2) Lifestyle data, such as smoking, diet and exercise habits; 3) Personal or family health history; 4) Other risk factors, such as mental stress; 5) Information about attitude and knowledge.
On the basis of individual evaluation, personal lifestyle and health risk factors were collected through questionnaires to complete risk assessment and analysis.
For individuals, the risk of death or disease caused by one or more specific causes is quantitatively predicted or evaluated.
By providing health education and/or health consultation services, individuals can be helped to change one or more health risk factors, thus reducing the crisis of illness or death. This is also the real significance of i2U health risk assessment system.
