2. Standardized management process.
Whether the enterprise has a concise and optimized equipment maintenance strategy, maintenance mode and maintenance resource allocation design; Whether there are operating rules (operating specifications) for equipment operation and production technology at the production site; Whether there are maintenance specifications (including cleaning, spot inspection, maintenance and lubrication, six-step closed-loop diagnosis and maintenance) operation instructions and management closed-loop process instructions; Whether there is a corresponding time commitment for each link; Whether there are emergency safety protection and environmental protection procedures; Whether the inspected maintenance department has a maintenance process operation instruction covering major equipment.
3. Staff morale and cultural level.
Whether the group activities are active, whether the employees actively participate in the proposal (rationalization proposal -ops), what is the ratio of the monthly proposal to the number of employees, what is the implementation rate of the proposal, what is the ratio of the individual courses (opl) independently written by employees to the number of employees, and what is the average skill level of employees.
4, production (office) site conditions
What is the status of customization management in the production site, whether there are customized drawings, how high the customization rate is, how is the 5s/6s development in the site, how is the visualization management in the production site, whether the production, equipment, safety, health and environment are included in the visualization management, and whether the visualization board is lively.
5. Information and knowledge asset management
This paper mainly investigates the application scope of computer management in the field of equipment management, and the establishment, coverage and implementation of knowledge management system in the field of equipment maintenance.
6. Economic indicators of equipment management
Including equipment comprehensive efficiency (OEE), total effective productivity (TEEP), the ratio of maintenance cost to production cost, the maintenance cost per unit output, the ratio of spare parts funds to equipment assets, spare parts liquidity turnover rate, mean time between failures, average maintenance preparation time, average maintenance time, maintenance damage rate, etc.
