Since Buddhism is the only way, how can we say that liberation from samsara is the only way? Disease and health are two different things? Persistence and perseverance, how to understand if possible?

Yes, you can say that.

From the perspective of a liberated enlightened person, nature is "liberation and reincarnation, illness and health, persistence". This "freedom" has only one meaning: liberation. In other words, in the eyes of liberators, liberation is liberation, and reincarnation is also liberation; Disease is liberation, and health is also liberation; Persistence is liberation, and letting go is also liberation. Everything you see is relief.

But from the perspective of suffering beings, it is also "liberation and reincarnation, disease and health, persistence." This "only" has only one meaning, that is, suffering: liberation is suffering, and reincarnation is also suffering; Disease is bitter, so is health; Persistence is bitter, so is letting go. Because my own realm is bitter, everything I see is just bitter.

Therefore, "Parr" is not a method, but a realm. Only when you reach that level can you say that. The "Bubi" mentioned by all beings in endless hell is nothing more than "bitterness", and the "Bubi" mentioned by pure saints is naturally "nirvana". Ordinary people are always in reincarnation, and between thoughts, there are all kinds of troubles in the world. How can they reach the realm of "two"?

Take a good look at your delusions, wait until you have a stable state, and then compare with the state of saints. Don't think about the fruit of these saints too early. It's "incredible" and "incredible"

Living in this world, "life and death are big, bodhi has a long way to go", if you can't get rid of it, there are traps of reincarnation everywhere. This situation is no less than that of the enemy now, just like the abyss. How can you not be nervous about your work?

Indifference is the realm of fruit, and there is no indifference in the career of ordinary people. We must take life and death as a warning policy and rise to the core of consciousness. Don't delay the years and fall into reincarnation again!

I hope to read at least once every morning and evening the precepts of the elderly in Weishan (usually called "the precepts of Weishan") and the words of "advising bodhicitta" written by buddhist nun, the provincial capital, in order to cultivate righteous thoughts and be worthy of being a man all my life!
