(2) Nervous system diseases: asking about medical history and nerve reflex examination;
(3) Mental disorder: ask about medical history.
3. Ophthalmology: naked eye vision and corrected vision examination. Color discrimination;
4, tuning fork to check listening.
Health certificate refers to the certificate issued by the CDC or medical institutions with professional qualifications, which proves that the holder has passed the physical examination of related projects.
The physical examination standards for driver's license and physical health certificate are as follows:
1, age: 18-70 years old;
2. Height: unlimited;
3. Vision: The naked vision or corrected vision of both eyes is above the logarithmic visual acuity chart 4.9 (that is, E table 0.8);
4, color discrimination: no red and green color blindness;
5, hearing: two ears are 50 cm away from the tuning fork to distinguish the direction of the sound source;
6. Upper limbs: the thumbs of both hands are sound, the other fingers of each hand must be sound, and the motor functions of limbs and fingers are normal;
7. Lower limbs: the motor function is normal, and the unequal length of both lower limbs shall not be greater than 5 cm;
8. Trunk and neck: no motor dysfunction.
To sum up, the driver's license physical examination certificate should be carried out in medical institutions at or above the county level or at the regiment level. Anyone who applies for a small automatic passenger car for the disabled shall go to a specialized medical institution designated by the provincial health department for physical examination.

Article 63 of the Provisions on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving License
Motor vehicle drivers shall, within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driver's license, apply to the motor vehicle management office at or outside the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued. The application information shall be confirmed when applying, and the following certificates and vouchers shall be submitted:
(a) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver;
(2) The physical condition certificate issued by the medical institution.
Article 64
Motor vehicle drivers whose household registration moves out of the original jurisdiction of the vehicle management office shall apply to the vehicle management office for replacement. Motor vehicle drivers living outside the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office may apply to the vehicle management office for a new card. When applying, it shall confirm the application information, submit the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver and the motor vehicle driver's license, and declare the physical condition.
