According to Article 8, "person-to-person loan business shall be supervised by CBRC." According to Article 9, "the equity crowdfunding business is supervised by the CSRC." According to Article 10, "Internet fund sales business shall be supervised by the CSRC." According to article 1 1, "Internet insurance business is supervised by China Insurance Regulatory Commission." According to Article 12, "Internet trust business and Internet consumer finance business shall be supervised by CBRC."
