Spleen edema is caused by spleen deficiency, water stop and skin overflow. Therefore, it is appropriate to warm the spleen and promote diuresis to reduce swelling, and the prescription is Shipi Drink.
Spleen deficiency bleeding syndrome is characterized by dark purple blood in stool, even black blood, or hematuria, hematemesis, epistaxis and purple spots, fatigue, shortness of breath, low voice, pale face, dizziness, pale tongue, thin and white fur, and thin and weak pulse. Spleen deficiency bleeding is spleen deficiency, and blood out of control is disease. Therefore, Guipi decoction should be used for treatment.
