Patients with hepatitis B cannot apply for a health certificate when their liver function is damaged or abnormal. Therefore, patients with hepatitis B should regularly check their liver function. Once the liver function is abnormal, antiviral or liver protection treatment is needed. When the liver function returns to normal, we can apply for a health certificate. Generally, we recommend that patients with hepatitis B have their liver function checked 1 time in March and 1 time in June.

Hepatitis B carriers, during the follow-up period, if they find abnormal liver function and hepatitis attack, suggest active liver protection and antiviral treatment.
