My constitution is also phlegm-dampness, and I am relatively fat in terms of body shape. Some common manifestations are mainly greasy facial skin, sweaty and sticky, chest tightness and phlegm.

At the same time, people with this constitution look pale yellow and dark, and they look as if their eyelids are swollen and sleepy. This kind of people get up in the morning with a sigh of relief, always feel uncomfortable, and their pulse is "slippery". They like to eat some sweet and greasy food, which leads to the stool never forming. When the urine comes out, it's turbid inside.

People with phlegm-dampness constitution are gentle, steady, polite, open-minded and very patient. This kind of people are prone to diabetes, stroke, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

In the rainy season, after the rain, or when it is cloudy and the surrounding environment is wet, such people have poor adaptability and will be very uncomfortable. The main direction of conditioning is to eliminate dampness and phlegm, strengthen the spleen and promote diuresis, and eliminate cold and dampness. It should be emphasized here that moisture does not come up casually. Everyone is a fairy friend and a Taoist teacher. Now it's a mistake, overload, and then poisoning So mind your mouth, eat less sweets, eat less greasy, and say goodbye to cold drinks. Not too hot. There are watermelons in the refrigerator to eat. Those who used to like cold drinks must be eliminated.

The constitution of most of us now is caused by cold. It was caused by cold air at first. As a woman, she put on a skirt too early, revealing her legs and wearing high-heeled stockings. The eighth constitution is peace. Gentle figure is very symmetrical and strong. Common performance is good, skin color is moist, hair is thick and shiny, including bright eyes, smooth nose and smooth sense of smell. Sleep well, not tired, energetic, and resistant to cold and heat, including the stomach and intestines.

Such people are easy-going and cheerful, and have strong adaptability to the external environment. Usually pay attention to protect the shoulder and neck, adjust the direction of tonifying kidney and benefiting qi, and dispel dampness and cold. The last category is damp heat. Damp heat constitution is characterized by overweight or emaciation, that is, two extremes.
