Steamed ribs with black bean sauce: 400g, black bean sauce 15g, garlic 5g, ginger 5g, rice wine 1 spoon, edible salt 1 2 teaspoon, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, and oil/kloc. Practice: 1.
