How to make blood healthier before donating blood?

I don't think this needs to be done specially. Don't donate for the sake of blood donation.

Healthy people donate 400 ml of blood each time, which will not affect their health. Having a healthy body is good for you.

But there are some precautions to share with you.

Take a good rest the day before blood donation to ensure adequate sleep.

Don't drink alcohol the night before blood donation and breakfast that day, and don't eat fish, meat, fried dough sticks and foods with high fat content.

Don't eat on an empty stomach before donating blood. You can eat some light food, such as steamed bread, porridge, pickles and so on.

Know some knowledge of blood physiology to avoid unnecessary tension.

If possible, wash your arms and take a bath.

Don't forget to bring your ID card and other valid documents.

Thank you for your love and bless you.
