The post allowance system for toxic and harmful chemical operations (hereinafter referred to as "post allowance") is an important event related to implementing the principle of distribution according to work and stabilizing the front-line staff, which must be paid full attention to. Chemical departments at all levels should study and deploy as soon as possible, and actively coordinate with local labor departments and financial departments in terms of capital increase indicators and sources of funds.

In principle, it shall be implemented in accordance with the two scope tables of early retirement jobs issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, namely the scope table and supplementary scope table issued by No.738 and No.923 of "78". For products with the same or similar nature but not included in the scope of exposure to poisons, enterprises may apply and report them to the chemical departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government for examination and approval, and report them to the labor and finance departments (bureaus) at the same level for the record.

Standards and payment methods of toxic and harmful post allowance

The classification of post allowance is based on the national standard of Classification of Toxic Operations (GB 1233 1-90+0-90), and combined with the actual work situation, it is divided into four grades: A, B, C and D. After the daily allowance standard is improved, it is as follows:

Class A is extremely harmful, 2.0 yuan
