Why are tall people considered healthier and stronger?

In fact, health is closely related to strength from the first feeling. Considering that early human beings were relatively dependent on physical ability to survive, according to epigenetics in the process of human evolution, genes will make us feel that people with strong muscles and burly bodies have stronger survival ability. In fact, although this is not suitable for judging some little people who have experienced hard training or are gifted, this intuitive judgment is accurate in general. People with larger bodies are more likely to exercise muscles and bones with larger cross-sectional area and farther distance from strength. And generally larger objects and species are more powerful, so our intuitive judgment will also learn this law to judge human beings. As mentioned earlier, there is little genetic difference between burly people and thin people, and they have not received relevant physical fitness and martial arts training. Tall people are indeed more powerful, because their weight increases the kinetic energy of action, strengthens their own inertia, and makes it easier to act on foreign objects and others while maintaining themselves. Height can determine the attack range, and in the case of little difference in speed. Therefore, although some small people with excellent physical fitness and health can be healthier and stronger than tall people, on the whole, our preconceived ideas are correct. In fact, this preconceived prediction system is a brain mechanism, which has evolved to allow us to quickly predict the general situation, thus saving reaction time. Therefore, although this preconceived idea sometimes blinds us, this mechanism sometimes has its adaptability and predicts that unfamiliar tall people are healthier and stronger.
