Starting from August 22nd, freshmen can apply for admission on the daily newspaper platform.

1. Freshmen: 202 1, register in the school newspaper at 8:00- 16:00 on August 29th or at 7:30- 17:30 on August 30th. If you can't report to the school for special reasons, or apply for retaining the admission qualification, please contact the college counselor in time.

2. Transfer students: 202 1 9: 00 a.m.-1:00 on September 2. If you can't come to school for special reasons, please contact the Admissions Office in time. (Tel: 021-66134148)

Back to school requirements

Self-health observation will be conducted 7- 14 days before registration, and daily report will be made on the health road system of Shanghai University from August 14 (please read the instructions of orientation system of Shanghai University carefully). On the way to school, you must truthfully feedback relevant information and do personal protection.

1. From a low-risk area (or listed as a low-risk area for more than 2 1 day): freshmen can fill in the form by providing their ID card, the green code of Shanghai "application code", the green code of boarding code and the admission notice.

2. Coming from or passing through middle and high risk areas: School registration will be suspended.

3. Coming from or passing through the county (district, city) where the middle-high risk area is located or the closed management area announced by the local government: Freshmen are suspended from reporting to school from Shanghai (except Shanghai), and do a 14-day health observation at home (subject to the daily report) and conduct nucleic acid detection twice (relevant certificates are required when applying for returning to school). If the test results meet the relevant requirements, you can apply to the school for admission.

4. From the prefecture-level city where the medium-high risk area is located (non-medium-high risk area and the county, district and city where it is located): You can apply for admission by providing negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

5. If the low-risk area has been changed to less than 2 1 day, the freshmen will be suspended from enrolling in Shanghai (except those from Shanghai) and observed at home for 7 days. During this period, 1 COVID-19 nucleic acid test will be conducted, and only after the result is negative can you apply to enter Shanghai, and you will continue to carry out self-health management for 7 days after entering the school.

6. Those who came from or passed through the middle-high risk area in the first 14 days from the date when they were listed as the middle-high risk area: freshmen who have not yet arrived at school can apply for admission after family health management 14 days, and their nucleic acid tests are negative twice; If the area that comes from or passes through after coming to the school is designated as a medium-high risk area, the school will arrange 14 days of concentrated health observation, and after two negative nucleic acid tests, they can enter the campus to carry out relevant study and life activities.

7. Freshmen from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan (with a history of entry and exit within 14 days): After entering the country, relevant national and municipal control measures must be strictly implemented, and those who hold the green code of Shanghai Application Code and the green code of travel code and have negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test can apply for registration; For registered freshmen from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who often live in the Mainland, other requirements shall be implemented with reference to the above 1-7.

8. Those who have recent entry and exit experience shall strictly implement national and local control measures after entering the country, refer to the above 1-7.

9. I or my family members living with * * * are all confirmed cases, COVID-19 nucleic acid test positive, suspected cases and close contact freshmen, so I can report to the school after the relevant personnel recover in 1 month and the student's COVID-19 nucleic acid test is negative.

Registration process

(a) meet the admission requirements of the school

1. Take temperature measurement at the entrance of the living park or campus, show the Shanghai "application code" and "boarding code" for verification, and enter the campus after passing the test.

2. Check the ID card (or other valid ID documents) at the registration point, check the admission notice, receive the campus card and school badge after verification, activate the campus card on the card swiping machine, and complete the registration.

3. Go through the check-in formalities in the corresponding dormitory with the campus card.

4. After the freshmen report for duty, according to the unified arrangement of the school, they will participate in class meetings, physical examinations, course selection and other matters.

(3) Accompanying personnel

Parents should not accompany freshmen when they report for duty. If necessary, only parents from low-risk areas (or those listed as low-risk areas for more than 2 1 day, and there is no medium-high risk area in the prefecture-level city) are allowed, with a maximum of 1 parent. They must submit an application to Yingxin.com at least 65,438+0 days in advance before they can enroll. Brush your ID card when you enter school, and at the same time, you must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and take personal protective measures after entering school.

(4) Matters needing attention on the way to school

1. Carry enough personal protective equipment such as masks and quick-drying hand disinfectants with you, and wear masks at all times to protect your health.

2. Try to reduce communication with other people on public transport, avoid gathering, and try to keep a distance from passengers in the same car. Try to avoid direct contact with public facilities such as door handles and elevator buttons, and wash your hands in time or wipe them with quick-drying hand disinfectant after contact.

If you have fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and other symptoms on your way to school, you should go to the nearest hospital in time. By plane, train and other public transport, it should take the initiative to cooperate with the crew to carry out health monitoring, epidemic prevention management and other measures, and timely report the relevant situation to the school.
