I. Purpose
In order to improve the level of maternal and child care services, protect maternal and child health and promote the development of maternal and child care industry, a maternal and child care skills competition was held.
Second, the participants
Maternal and child health care institutions, hospitals, obstetrics, neonatology and other related medical personnel, as well as individuals or teams with certain maternal and child health care skills.
Third, the content of the competition.
Theoretical knowledge test: covering basic knowledge such as maternal and child care, nutrition and feeding, early development, psychology and emotion.
Skills operation competition: including basic operations such as bathing, touching, changing diapers and umbilical cord care for newborns, as well as practical operations such as breastfeeding skills, baby complementary food production and early education.
Fourth, the form of competition.
Preliminaries: Take the form of online examination. Participants log on to the competition platform to complete the theoretical knowledge test, and those who pass the exam will enter the semi-finals.
Rematch: In the form of actual operation, each player completes the specified skill operation items within a limited time. The scoring standard refers to the national maternal and infant nursing skill standard.
Finals: The semi-finalists participate in the finals in the form of live competition, combining practical operation with theoretical knowledge question and answer.

Eight, the rules of the game and matters needing attention
All contestants must strictly abide by the discipline and regulations of the competition and must not cheat or cheat.
During the competition, if any violation is found, the organizing committee has the right to disqualify the contestants.
