Small and medium-sized enterprises registered in the administrative area of our city recruit fresh college graduates, sign labor contracts 1 year or more, work stably for more than 6 months, and pay social insurance premiums according to regulations. The enterprise shall apply for a one-time employment subsidy to the human resources and social department of the place where the employment is filed (county) according to the standard of 1.000 yuan/person, and the implementation period of the policy will be until the end of 2022.
For all kinds of employment enterprises that newly recruited college graduates in that year, signed labor contracts of 1 year or more and paid social insurance, subsidies will be given according to the sum of the basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance premiums actually paid by enterprises. The basic old-age insurance premium, basic medical insurance premium and unemployment insurance premium paid by individuals shall be fully subsidized. The subsidy base shall not exceed 100% of the average wage standard of the previous year, and the maximum subsidy period shall not exceed 3 years.
