In principle, people who enter Hunan after returning to their residence will continue to be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation until the expiration of 2 1 day, and 1 nucleic acid detection will be conducted on the second and last day of continued isolation. After the isolation is completed, people entering Hunan should continue to carry out home health monitoring for 7 days and do personal protection when going out.
Two, high-risk areas to Hunan personnel:
In recent 14 days, people who have lived in high-risk areas or medium-risk areas where local community transmission has occurred, close contacts of confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected people, and key exposed people were subjected to centralized isolation medical observation 14 days, at 1 3, 7, 10 and/kloc-0 respectively. Close contacts should be isolated for at least 7 days, and nucleic acid detection should be carried out on the second and seventh days respectively.
In the past 14 days, people who have lived in counties and cities where high-risk areas are located were subjected to 7 days of home isolation medical observation and 7 days of home health monitoring, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1 3, 7 and 14 days respectively.
In the past 14 days, people who have lived in the city where the middle and high risk areas are located should be monitored at home for 7 days, and at least two nucleic acid tests should be carried out, with the interval between two tests not less than 24 hours.
Hold a yellow code to restrict travel. Such personnel can travel in an orderly manner if they hold a "negative" result of nucleic acid test within 7 days, but they are restricted from entering and leaving schools, factories, theaters, large shopping malls, large farmers' markets and other crowded places and relatively closed places.
