Exercise, health and weight loss schedule

From 6: 00 to 6: 40,

6: 40-7: 10 washing

Have breakfast at 7: 10-7: 25. Breakfast should be nutritious, including an egg, an apple, and some other steamed bread, bread and porridge (fried food is not allowed).

11:30-12: 30 Chinese food, eat whatever you want. You can eat chicken, duck and fish, but you can't eat fat.

17: 00- 18: 00, you can play ball, run and do sports.

18: 00- 18: 40 have a rest. You can do your homework first and take a bath. Ordinary homework can be finished in an hour.

18: 40- 19: 00 for dinner. You shouldn't eat too much food for dinner.

You can do your homework during 19: 00-2 1: 00. Please remember to relax every half hour, just for three to five minutes.

Exercise for two hours every two days. Students who exercise regularly will improve their learning efficiency, so it will not be too late to do their homework in the future. You must go to bed at 2 1: 00 at night.
