As shown in the above picture, many middle school students have physical and psychological problems, 70% of them have learning anxiety and poor eyesight, and a larger proportion of them lack sleep. Next is the lack of physical exercise. 40% of the students surveyed will not obey their parents or teachers. In addition, fewer people claim that they have not communicated enough with others.
As far as I am concerned, we students should balance physical exercise and study. As the proverb goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". Without good health, a person will accomplish nothing. However, too much attention is only paid to learning. Therefore, I suggest giving us less homework and more time for extracurricular activities to solve all the problems. Only in this way can we live a happy and healthy life.
