Second, how to calibrate the electronic weighing scale?
Calibration of electronic weighing instrument is very difficult. Unlike ordinary electronic pricing scales and platform scales, it can be calibrated by putting dozens of kilograms of weights. General weighing scale calibration needs 150kg weight, and the process of putting and taking the weight should be completed in a few seconds. Therefore, under normal circumstances, we can't calibrate the electronic weighing scale, so we have to return to the factory, and the manufacturer has a specially calibrated machine.
Iii. Precautions for Electronic Weighing Apparatus
1. People are not allowed to open the scale by hand. If the scale is opened by hand, it is not allowed to be on zero. You need to put the scale on the ground and restart it after one minute of automatic shutdown, or take out the battery and reinstall it according to the correct use method.
2. There is a toggle switch at the bottom of the scale. The unit of measurement can be selected from kilograms or pounds. Kilogram will show "Kilogram" and pound will show "Pound".
3. When "O-LD" is displayed, it means overload, that is, the weight has exceeded 150kg. When people step out of the scale during overload, the scale can resume normal work and "O-LD" will disappear automatically.
4. When "LO" is displayed on the LCD, it means that the battery voltage is too low. Please replace the new battery immediately and continue to use it. The measurement accuracy of the instrument can not be guaranteed at low power.
5. If it is not used for a long time, please take out the battery in time to avoid electrolyte leakage and corrosion of the scale body and internal components.
6. Electronic scales are precise electronic scales, which should be carefully kept and used correctly to avoid being affected with damp, bumping, heavy pressure and exposure. Do not rinse directly with water. If the appearance is dirty, please dip a soft cloth in clean water. Benzene, nitro solution or liquid alkali are strictly prohibited.
7. Be sure to handle it with care when carrying and transporting, and the shell is easily damaged by external forces.
Four, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy, please follow the following two points when operating.
1, when in use, put the scale on a flat and hard ground without sundries under it.
2, weighing, people stand upright in the center of the scale surface, the body shall not shake.
