What is health risk assessment?
HRA is the abbreviation of health risk assessment, which is translated into health risk assessment in Chinese.
HRA system uses bioelectricity induction technology, combined with human electrical impedance measurement technology, and applies the statistical analysis method of chronoamperometry to reconstruct human tissues and organs in three dimensions, which can intuitively see the changing trend of whole body organs, judge early diseases, and thus evaluate human health. HRA system can detect the function values and parameters of human body's 20 1 system (organs, biochemistry, neurotransmitters, electrolytes, blood gas, PH value and free radicals), and the early risks of various organs, and give a reasonable healthy life guidance plan according to the physical characteristics of the subjects.
Principles of health risk assessment
The resistance, conductivity, PH value, voltage and action potential of tissue cells were collected and measured by bio-telex, and the mathematical model was reconstructed by database comparison, thus a scientific and perfect human health assessment report was obtained.
Health risk assessment method steps
The first method is based on the evaluation of single health risk factors and incidence probability, and the relationship between these single factors and incidence is expressed as relative risk, and the weighted score of each related factor is the incidence risk. Because this method is simple and practical, it does not need a lot of data analysis, and it is the main health risk assessment method in the early stage of health management development.
The second method is based on multi-factor mathematical analysis, that is, the relationship model between disease risk and risk factors is obtained by using statistical concept theory, which can contain multiple health risk factors at the same time. In addition to the common multiple regression, there are neural network methods based on fuzzy mathematics and Monte Carlo model. The typical representative of this method is Framingham's coronary heart disease model.
A prominent feature of disease risk assessment is that its results are quantitative and comparable. According to the evaluation results, the clients are divided into high-risk, medium-risk and low-risk groups, and different health improvement schemes are implemented respectively, and their effects are evaluated. Based on health risk assessment, we can make health plans for individuals and groups. Personalized health management plan is the key to identify and effectively control individual health risk factors. We will pay attention to those indicators that can be changed or controlled, put forward the goals of health improvement, and provide behavioral guidelines and related health improvement modules. Personalized health management plan not only provides individuals with the action principle of preventive intervention, but also provides an effective tool for communication between health managers and individuals.
The third step is to send and promote your health, carry out health risk intervention and health promotion, and carry out health intervention. On the basis of the first two parts, help individuals to take actions, correct bad lifestyles and habits, control health risk factors, and achieve the goal of personal health management plan in various forms. Different from general health education and health promotion, health intervention in the process of health management is personalized, that is, health managers give individual guidance, set individual goals and dynamically track the effect according to individual health risk factors. For example, healthy weight management and diabetes management can achieve health improvement through personal health management diary, attending special health maintenance courses and follow-up. A person with high risk of diabetes has high blood sugar, overweight, smoking and other risk factors. Therefore, in addition to controlling blood sugar, the guidance of health managers should also include losing weight (diet, physical labor) and quitting smoking.
