Over the past year, we have mainly done the following work:

(2) The base construction has achieved initial results. 1, Liangshan Chinese herbal medicine planting and experimental base: (1) "Yuexi Angelica planting base" covers an area of 2,730 mu, and the planting base is currently in the growth period of Angelica sinensis seedlings. (2) "Yuexi County Chinese Herbal Medicine Experimental Base" is located in Yuexi County, covering an area of 5 mu, with two greenhouses of 600 square meters, and is conducting planting experiments of Chinese herbal medicine varieties. (3) "Mianning County Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting Base" is located in Mianning County, with 3 districts, with a total area of 360 mu (including Angelica sinensis 100 mu, Angelica dahurica 50 mu and Platycodon grandiflorum 2 10 mu), which is in the growth period of medicinal materials; 2. "Sichuan authentic Chinese herbal medicine seedling planting demonstration base" is located in Yong 'an Town, Shuangliu County, Chengdu, with an area of 60 mu. In the first phase of 20 mu, the Institute of Natural Science of the Ministry of Science and Technology will build a 1000 square meter glass tissue culture center, a 5,000 square meter seedling greenhouse and other facilities and equipment totaling 2 million yuan. At present, the funds have been put in place, the land has been handed over and is being planned and implemented. 3. "Guizhou Chinese herbal medicine seedling breeding base" is under construction.
(3) The level of soft power has been initially improved. * * With a "pragmatic, serious and responsible" attitude and actions, it has established a good image among governments, institutions and the masses at all levels, gained trust and won recognition; It has made positive contributions in boosting the economic development of the project, integrating the agricultural industrial structure, upgrading the agricultural industrial chain, radiating the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the surrounding areas, increasing the employment of local farmers and increasing farmers' income, with more than 800 people, playing an important role in maintaining social harmony and stability.
The achievements of the past year are hard-won, which proves that we have chosen the right direction, the right project and the right goal. Although we have made some achievements in the past year, we should also be soberly aware that the development of * * still faces many difficulties and challenges. From the policy point of view, the country began to rectify the Chinese medicine industry, the industry access system and product standards were further improved, the industry was facing reshuffle, and the support and guidance for the Chinese medicine industry increased, which was both an opportunity and a challenge for * *. From the industry point of view, due to the rising prices of bulk Chinese herbal medicines, the enthusiasm of drug farmers has generally improved, the planting area has been further expanded, the supply and demand situation has changed, and the industry risks have intensified. From the technical point of view, our strength is still very weak, the research on variety cultivation technology is not enough, and the production management is extensive; The problems of pest control and pesticide residue pollution of medicinal materials need to be solved urgently; The overall planting technology of the team is poor, which can't keep up with the development concept of * * with high standards and strict requirements. From the perspective of talents, there is a serious shortage of practical talents in planting technology; The concept and level of property management of team members need to be further improved.

The demand for medicinal materials in domestic traditional Chinese medicine market and seasoning market has soared, reaching more than10 billion, which provides a good development opportunity for us to develop traditional Chinese medicine. We must firmly grasp the period of important strategic opportunities. We should strengthen our confidence, make use of favorable conditions and positive factors, unite all forces that can be United, make full use of all available resources, promote the steady and rapid development of * *, and constantly enhance our comprehensive strength and industry influence.
(1) Strengthen organizational construction and improve various systems.

Yuexi base should make overall arrangements, pay attention to the implementation of early seedling raising work, strengthen management, and ensure the stability and reliability of seedlings; On the basis of cultivating seedlings, do a good job in investigating growers and establish planting information files of growers to make all growers controllable; Accelerate the construction of Chinese herbal medicine professional cooperatives, coordinate local village organizations or large growers to establish Chinese herbal medicine professional cooperatives, and establish rules and regulations to lay the foundation for the effective work of cooperatives; In March, April and May, Yuexi base should guide growers to do a good job in transplanting and managing angelica seedlings to ensure the survival rate of seedlings; While doing a good job in the construction and management of the base, we should actively contact the local government or relevant organizations to understand the local social conditions and public opinion and lay a solid foundation for the acquisition of Angelica sinensis. Construction of Yong 'an Town authentic medicinal materials seedling planting demonstration base, in accordance with the goal of "high standards, good varieties, certain competitiveness" to make a good plan, so that the demonstration base can effectively play the role of demonstration window. Establish a trading platform for seeds and seedlings of Chinese herbal medicines to promote the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines in Sichuan; Build a seedling breeding base in Weng 'an, Guizhou, and build it into a large-scale seed and seedling trading platform that radiates inside and outside Guizhou Province; Look for strategic partners in the main medicinal materials planting areas in China, and establish a national seed and seedling trading platform with the mode of increasing households in the base.
(4) Strengthen market analysis and promote market construction.
