1943 in March, the civilian hospital, the first local hospital in the Eighth Route Army coastal base area, was established, with An Faxiang as the president and Ye Qiang citizens as the vice president. The civil hospital was rebuilt and renamed by the Institute of Military Medicine, and it belongs to the health department of Binhai Special Administrative Region Government.
1949 merged into the Sixth Hospital of Central South Shandong. Evening News readers designated hospitals, Luoyang Ai Xin Hospital and Luoyang Medical Insurance designated hospitals. In 2003, our hospital was praised as "the most standardized private hospital in the city" and "the leader of Luoyang private hospital" by the leaders of the Municipal Health Bureau at the on-site medical management meeting of private medical institutions in our hospital.
In 2004, China Health Poverty Alleviation Project Organizing Committee awarded our hospital the title of "Designated Medical Institution of Health Poverty Alleviation Project in China".
In 2004, our hospital was awarded the honorary title of "Luoyang Health System Advanced Collective"
In 2005, our hospital was awarded the title of "Municipal Civilized Unit" by Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government.
On May 13, 2005, the comprehensive news page of Health News, the largest industry newspaper in China, published the article "Designing services around farmers", which reflected the typical deeds of our hospital.
On July 23, 2005, CCTV Channel 7 broadcast a TV feature film reflecting the first aid of expressway in our hospital.
In September 2005, our hospital was named "Top Ten Private Hospitals in China" by China Medical Management Association.
In May, 2005, 1 1, the leaders of the Chinese Medicine Research Group of the Ministry of Science and Technology, China Reform News and Beijing CPPCC successively came to our hospital and went deep into patients' homes for investigation. They fully affirmed and spoke highly of the purpose and practice of "serving the people" in our hospital, and thought that our hospital was exploring a new mode of mass medical care in line with China's national conditions.
