Basic medicine is a key discipline in our school and one of the earliest disciplines to carry out postgraduate education in our school. Mainly engaged in the research of tumor biology and translational medicine, presided over the national "973" sub-projects and "863" projects, presided over five general projects of the national fund and several provincial and ministerial projects, and published more than 50 SCI papers, with the highest impact factor of 20 points and the total impact factor of more than 200 points, with a total citation rate of more than 700 times. And has obtained six invention patents. Especially in the research of tumor microenvironment, research and development of new drugs for anti-tumor blood vessels, transgenic mouse disease model and so on, it has high academic influence at home and abroad. This paper mainly studies the function and regulation mechanism of immune cells and molecules in inflammation-related immune diseases, and screens small molecules/substances with the activity of regulating immune function. In recent years, he has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation 1 item and 5 provincial and ministerial scientific research funds. He has published more than 50 papers in important academic journals at home and abroad, including nearly 30 papers included in SCI.
