When will Shanghai Post Express resume?

At the press conference on epidemic prevention and control in Shanghai this morning (2 1), Yu Hongwei, deputy director of Shanghai Postal Administration, explained how to implement epidemic prevention in postal express delivery industry.

Implement epidemic prevention work in the industry. In strict accordance with the relevant epidemic prevention regulations, Shanghai has strengthened the implementation of epidemic prevention measures for postal express employees.

The first is to establish closed-loop management. Employees are required to plan their travel routes reasonably, pass through point by point, and do personal protection. Employees work in designated posts, personal contact between different regions is minimized, and centralized accommodation is implemented.

The second is to strictly implement the "2+2" mode requirements of nucleic acid detection and antigen self-test.

The third is to strengthen health management. Keep the workplace ventilated, and strictly implement protective measures such as "wearing a mask", "washing hands frequently", "taking temperature" and "not gathering".

The fourth is to encourage non-contact distribution and reduce direct contact. In the delivery process, couriers are required to wear protective equipment such as masks to reduce direct contact with public places and people in the community.

In terms of service guarantee. Implement the requirements of the "Implementation Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Safeguarding the Legal Rights and Interests of Express Delivery Groups in this Municipality" and guide enterprises to make full use of various policies to help enterprises get out of trouble. Supervise the delivery enterprise headquarters and its Shanghai company and municipal postal branch to introduce policies such as network operation, network support and courier subsidy according to the actual situation of the industry, support the operation of terminal outlets through measures such as increasing fees and subsidies, safeguard the rights and interests of courier brothers, and help outlets to resume operations steadily.

In addition, the public is very concerned about the epidemic prevention safety of express goods. Although the current business volume of the industry is greatly affected by the epidemic, Shanghai Postal Administration will continue to clean and disinfect vehicles, facilities, equipment and articles, implement epidemic prevention and control measures in places, and strengthen the disinfection of mail express.
