1. Please confirm whether the pedometer switch of the mobile phone is turned on during exercise and health.
2. Please confirm whether the fitness is turned off when it is started automatically.
3. If the phone is turned off, the exercise and health steps will not start automatically after restarting the phone. Only when you open the exercise health software can you count your steps normally. Therefore, it is recommended to set this switch to ON.
4. If the above switches are set normally and the pedometer steps are found to be zero and will not increase, please manually enter the health software and return to normal once.
5. You can clear the data cache and try again, log in again after quitting exercise health, if not, reset your mobile phone and have a look.
