But at this time, we only choose delicious food, and the high calorie, high sugar, excessive salt and oil that followed were forgotten. We satisfy our appetite but give up the most important health. Most of us are still keen on what food is harmful to our health but not beneficial. Why?

Some people may say, "I just can't eat less salt", "It doesn't smell good without oil" and "It doesn't taste good without sweetness". Life is only a few decades, so why do you feel wronged?

First of all, I want to explain that this is not a grievance at all, but a feeling of physical and mental clarity; When you were born, eating meat was tasteless, and we ate in different ways. Maybe you would say that you didn't have the ability to distinguish. Indeed, we ate whatever was given at that time. Assuming that we have never been exposed to spices (salt, oil, sauce, vinegar) since childhood, I believe we can still accept tasteless food now. Of course, this is impossible, because seasonings also contain nutrients and can also provide the nutritional needs of the body. There is an idiom in China called "extremes meet", which probably means that things will change in the opposite direction when they reach the extreme, and the nutrition of food is the same. In fact, food itself is not good or bad. Why are some foods labeled as unhealthy? I think this is the result of extremes meet.

Some people will think that if people eat properly all their lives, wouldn't it be a lot less fun? That's right. I still encourage people to try everything in life, including diet and "fried chicken, hamburgers, hot pot, fried dough sticks, instant noodles and spicy strips". You can eat anything, but you should pay attention to a "degree" Think about it. When the body eats such greasy and high-calorie food, all organs are overloaded. Should we be considerate and relieve their work pressure? We only complain that the boss is inconsiderate and squeezes employees. Have you ever thought about it? In fact, you are also the boss of your body. You stay up late and eat foods high in sugar, calories and fat, which is also the main reason why your body organs work day and night. Not only that, you have to bear the toxicity of food. At this rate, how can your body not collapse? Why are diseases getting younger and younger? Why is the sub-health population so huge?

At this time, you need to know the wisdom of "eating", and more importantly, you should have self-control, instead of just satisfying your appetite. You treat your body well, and your body will treat you well. On the contrary, if you don't love your body, it won't love you. I don't eat whatever I want. I feel 30% satisfied with myself and 70% satisfied with my body. Diet, as long as the general direction is right, there is no problem.

Think about it. If you lose your health, will you eat whatever you want? The most common are colds, coughs, sore throats and itchy skin. There are many things to be avoided, not to mention the taboo of eating serious diseases, especially young people with hyperglycemia. You dare not eat a full meal, let alone eat whatever you want.

So I always agree that "food" is based on health, and of course occasional indulgence is allowed.
