1. Open the WeChat official account option in the WeChat address book.

2. Find the growth guardian platform in the official WeChat account and open the service option.

3. In the menu, select the health system.

4. Select and open the real-name authentication query option.

5. In the health system query page, open the option to modify the real-name authentication.
