The procedure of cochlear implant surgery is to make an arc incision behind the ear under general anesthesia, cut the skin and expose the mastoid bone. According to the size of the implant, the bone bed with the corresponding size is ground on the bone behind the mastoid with an electric drill. Use a small cutting drill to drill holes around the bone bed for inserting and fixing the implant. Mastoidectomy was performed, tympanic sinus was opened, posterior tympanum was opened, incus and promontory were exposed, and implants were fixed with a small cutting drill.
