According to the requirements of nutrition, teenagers should have staple food, non-staple food, meat and vegetables, and try their best to diversify. Some of our students often eat junk food such as instant noodles instead of going to the canteen, which has brought serious harm to their healthy growth.
3. Participate in sports activities and strengthen physical exercise. The combination of moderate exercise and reasonable nutrition can promote the growth and development of teenagers, improve cardiopulmonary function, improve people's endurance, reduce body fat and improve mental state. This kind of economic, practical, effective, non-drug and non-side effect measures play an important role in improving the quality of life and health of teenagers.
