Composition on "Eating Reasonable and Keeping Healthy"

May 20th every year is "National Student Nutrition Day", which is welcomed by teachers, students and parents, and has been actively participated and supported by many nutritionists. With the improvement of living standards, more and more students are picky eaters, anorexia and partial eclipse. Many students have developed the habit of eating snacks instead of staple food, resulting in more and more malnourished students. Coupled with study and mental stress, it is easy to suffer from anemia and other diseases. At the same time, some students and their parents lack reasonable nutrition knowledge, students eat high-fat and high-protein foods unilaterally, and the incidence of obesity among adolescents in China is increasing year by year. Good nutrition, proper exercise and reasonable work and rest are three important factors that affect their physical and mental development. The daily diet should be diversified, providing sufficient, comprehensive and balanced nutrition to ensure physical development. Pay attention to diet:

1, form a good habit of eating breakfast and eat breakfast well. The intense study and activities in the morning require that breakfast must contain enough calories. Some of our students make do with eating little or nothing in the morning and rush to class. After two classes, their stomachs are empty. In the third class, there will be listlessness and inattention, which will affect normal study.

2. Diversification of diet: Reasonable nutrition is of great significance to the healthy growth and study of teenagers. According to the requirements of nutrition, teenagers should have staple food, non-staple food, meat and vegetables, and try their best to diversify. Some of our students often eat junk food such as instant noodles instead of going to the canteen, which has brought serious harm to their healthy growth.

3. Participate in sports activities and strengthen physical exercise. The combination of moderate exercise and reasonable nutrition can promote the growth and development of teenagers, improve cardiopulmonary function, improve people's endurance, reduce body fat and improve mental state. This kind of economic, practical, effective, non-drug and non-side effect measures play an important role in improving the quality of life and health of teenagers. I hope students can make full use of morning running, exercise and physical activity class time to strengthen exercise.
