There are several main steps to apply for a health certificate:
1, ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, pay the medical examination fee at the payment office, get the medical examination form with photos, and fill in some basic information such as name and gender;
2. Blood collection and fecal detection in the laboratory;
3. Routine physical examination of internal and surgical departments;
4, X-ray chest X-ray;
5. Complete a comprehensive physical examination project to obtain a health certificate.
According to the Food Safety Law, Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places and other laws and regulations, relevant personnel engaged in food production and management, public service, cosmetics, disposable medical care products and other professional production, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and child care institutions must hold health certificates.

Article 45 Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts. Article 41 The production of food-related products shall comply with food safety laws and regulations and national standards. For high-risk food-related products such as packaging materials that come into direct contact with food, production licenses shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the State Administration of Production Licenses for Industrial Products. The food safety supervision and management department shall strengthen the supervision and management of the production activities of food-related products. Article 39 The state practices a licensing system for the production of food additives. To engage in the production of food additives, it is necessary to have a place, production equipment or facilities, professional and technical personnel and management system suitable for the varieties of food additives produced, and obtain a food additive production license in accordance with the procedures specified in the second paragraph of Article 35 of this Law.
The production of food additives shall comply with food safety laws, regulations and national standards. Article 40 Food additives shall be technically necessary and proved to be safe and reliable through risk assessment before they can be included in the permitted scope of use; Relevant national standards for food safety shall be revised in a timely manner according to the technical necessity and the results of food safety risk assessment.
Food producers and business operators shall use food additives in accordance with the national standards for food safety.
