1. All foreign (returning) employees: log in to the "Fu Shun 'an" WeChat applet 24 hours in advance, fill in relevant information through the registration function, and complete the registration. In particular, those who are discharged from hospital after medical observation, released from centralized isolation, exposed in epidemic-related places, engaged in high school risk industries, reported local positive infection and lived in domestic risk areas for less than 7 days must report to their communities (villages), units and hotels as soon as possible after check-in, and cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures such as medical observation, health monitoring and nucleic acid detection in accordance with relevant regulations.
Foreign (returning) personnel conduct 1 time free nucleic acid sampling and testing at the traffic station and highway intersection where they enter the country. If on-site sampling is not carried out at the time of entry for special reasons, nucleic acid testing shall be carried out within 24 hours after arrival.
2. Returnees from high-risk areas: medical observation shall be conducted in isolation for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection shall be conducted in isolation 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively, and accommodation and food expenses shall be borne by themselves.
3. Returnees from middle-risk areas: 7 days of home isolation medical observation, 1 times of nucleic acid detection on 1, and 4 or 7 days of home isolation medical observation. If you don't have the conditions for medical observation in home isolation, you should take medical observation in centralized isolation for 7 days, and take care of yourself during centralized isolation.
4. Returnees from low-risk areas: Complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after arrival, with an interval of more than 24 hours, and do a good job in health monitoring.
5. In the counties (cities, districts and banners) where the medium and high risk areas have not been announced, but there is a social epidemic, the people who have lived in (Hui) Fu will be tested for nucleic acid within 7 days.
6. For foreign (returning) workers at railway stations, bus stations and highway checkpoints: all health codes and negative nucleic acid test certificates within 72 hours shall be tested for nucleic acid immediately after landing.
7. Returnees at land border ports: Urban residents at land border ports are required to hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate. When there is an epidemic in the local area, people who leave the land border port city must have not only the 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, but also the relevant certificate issued by the community or unit.
8. Overseas returnees: 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation+3 days of home health monitoring at the place of first entry, and a nucleic acid test on the third day of home health monitoring. After the end of family health monitoring, free nucleic acid was detected every 3 days for 3 consecutive times.
After completing centralized isolation medical observation, migrants from different places should take the initiative to report before coming (returning), and must be transported to their places of residence in a "point-to-point" closed loop by special car, and adopt the health monitoring mode of "one person, one household" or "one household, one person" (cohabitant * * *). During the monitoring period, family health monitors and their cohabitants will stay indoors. Do not meet the conditions of home health monitoring, the implementation of centralized isolation medical observation. Family health monitors and their roommates really need to go out for medical treatment. Only after the approval of the local community (village) management personnel can we arrange a special car, do a good job of personal protection, wear N95 masks and implement closed-loop management.
Out of Fushun:
