An essay on mental health

Now, I'm a student in Grade Two, and I'm about to enter Grade Three, and I'm about to enter a crucial year. The pressure is getting bigger and bigger. May often come home late. There is also a lot of homework. Maybe at night, until one or two. So many people can't stand this kind of life and their thoughts are getting worse and worse.

In fact, I think optimism is the most important thing in this situation, because the thoughts in one's mind may be related to many things.

Optimism is very important in many aspects. For example, whenever my exam results are not ideal, I will think about the benefits, such as what new questions I have encountered and new calculation methods, and then sum up. To actively respond to the next exam, just do well.

In newspapers and novels, we can often see that many people are seriously ill and terminally ill. At first, it seemed hopeless, but under the guidance of doctors and their optimistic psychology, many people got terminally ill and successfully defeated them. Even if defeated, most of them die without regret.

These examples successfully tell us that optimism is very important. Therefore, when we are under great pressure and unhappy, optimism becomes an indispensable part.

In fact, optimism is to deal with things with a positive attitude. More than one case tells us that positive and negative attitudes affect things. More importantly, whether a person has a positive attitude has been listed as the standard to evaluate whether a person is healthy or not. So a positive attitude is more important. Negative will not only affect people's mental health, but also affect their physical health. Negative psychology sometimes affects a person's appetite, and a person's sleep condition will also deteriorate. If these things get worse, how can you get better?

Having said that, it's time for everyone to understand the attitude of handling things. In this way, there is no problem in dealing with anything.
