First, the school profile
This school was founded in the early 1980s. It was awarded the first batch of national key technical schools by the Ministry of Labor 1994. In 2007, it was approved by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province as the first batch of deputy department-level key technician colleges in the province and renamed Yancheng Technician College in Jiangsu Province. On June 5438+ 10, 2008, Yancheng Technician College Branch of Jiangsu United Vocational and Technical College was added. In March 2020, Yancheng Traffic Technician College was merged into Yancheng Technician College of Jiangsu Province.
The school has three campuses: the headquarters and the south campus, namely the college headquarters, the south campus and the Haiyang Road campus (formerly Yancheng Traffic Technician College). Set up intelligent manufacturing, information engineering, automobile engineering, traffic engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, construction engineering, infant health care, enterprise management and continuing education.
The top ten teaching departments implement departmental secondary management, and establish and operate the ISO900 1 quality management system. At present, there are10.7 million full-time students, of which more than 96% are highly skilled, and more than 85% are enrolled in adult colleges. The College has successively undertaken the training tasks for China athletes in the 4th1,42nd, 43rd, 44th, 45th and 46th World Skills Competition, and participated in the competition.

The school consists of information engineering college, intelligent manufacturing college, automobile engineering college, architectural engineering college, electrical engineering college, environmental engineering college, business administration college, continuing education college, traffic engineering college, infant health care and nursing college, and ten secondary colleges, which implement secondary management of departments.

The school has 904 full-time teachers. Among them, there are 30 professors, more than 200 senior lecturers, senior practice instructors and senior technicians, 32 lecturers, first-class practice instructors and technicians/person, and 87% of professional teachers are integrated teachers. There are 59 provincial academic leaders, 39 municipal academic leaders and 59 college academic leaders, accounting for 30% of the total number of teachers.
There are 3 experts in the World Skills Competition, including coaches 10, and more than referees, referees and coaches 100 in the whole province. There are 3 winners of the National May 1st Labor Medal, 2 winners of the State Council's special allowance, 1 awarded to national model teachers and 4 provincial "333" talents. On June 20th, 2020, 65438, the former Yancheng Traffic Technician College was merged into Yancheng Technician College and renamed as Haiyang Road Campus of Yancheng Technician College.
Yancheng Technician College in Jiangsu Province is a national demonstration base for training high-skilled talents, a national key technical school, a national comprehensive vocational training base, an advanced unit of vocational education in the whole province, and a member of the National High-skilled Training Association, and won the National Outstanding Contribution Award for Training Skilled Talents. It is also the first batch of deputy-department-level key technician colleges established in the province, a member of the provincial government's leading group for cultivating high-skilled talents, a training base for teachers in technical colleges in the province, and a training base for entrepreneurship in the province.
