What should I do if the Shenzhen Citizen Health Card of Bank of China is reissued?

Multifunctional BOC Shenzhen Citizen Health Card can be divided into expired/damaged replacement card and lost replacement card according to different reasons.

1. expired/damaged replacement:

For card replacement business due to card expiration or damage, the balance of the old card can be converted into the balance of the new card; If the chip of the old card is readable, the new card can be re-registered immediately by transferring the balance of the old card to the transaction of the new card and the electronic cash balance of the old card to the electronic cash balance of the new card. If the old card chip is unreadable, the balance of the electronic cash back-office account will be automatically converted into the electronic cash recharge balance of the new card 45 days after the old card balance is exchanged for a new card.

2. Loss reporting and replacement:

As your card is lost, you need to apply for a replacement card. After verifying your identity, the teller at the outlet will handle the card replacement business for your multifunctional health card. However, the electronic cash balance in the old card cannot be transferred to the new card. When changing cards, only the electronic cash recharge balance of the old card can be transferred to the electronic cash recharge balance of the new card, and the new card can be recharged immediately after activation.

3. Change to a non-prefabricated card to obtain a card:

Health card replacement can be divided into prefabricated card replacement and non-prefabricated card replacement.

When changing cards, cardholders need to show their valid identity documents, and holders of resident identity cards need to be verified through the online verification system. If there are other valid identity documents, they can be verified by other means. The cardholder is a minor under the age of 16, a person with limited or no capacity for civil conduct, not in China, disabled or dead. If it is really necessary to act as an agent, the agent shall provide the valid identity certificate of the cardholder (if the cardholder dies, the cardholder can provide a copy abroad) and the original legally effective certificate (the bank can keep a copy). Such as notarized power of attorney or power of attorney, property inheritance, will, court judgment, household register of persons with limited capacity for civil conduct, persons without capacity for civil conduct or guardians of minors, etc.
