Evaluation platform: The National Health and Health Commission will expand the function of "Management Platform for Performance Appraisal of Public Hospitals", upgrade it to form "Evaluation Platform for Performance Appraisal and High-quality Development of Public Hospitals", embed the data required for evaluation indicators, and synchronously collect, control, calculate, analyze and feed back the relevant data of performance appraisal of public hospitals.
Relevant indicators of smart hospitals: Both indicators mentioned the quantitative indicator of "smart hospital construction" in the dimension of "innovation and efficiency improvement". The calculation method is the comprehensive calculation results of grading evaluation of the functional application level of electronic medical record system in public hospitals and grading evaluation of smart services in public hospitals. The data sources are the grading evaluation platform of smart hospitals in National Health Commission Institute of Management and the performance appraisal management platform of public hospitals in National Health Commission.
