Only by giving full play to the subjective initiative of everyone in the enterprise, establishing a people-oriented career development and management target system, helping young people realize their self-worth, and maximizing the transformation of human resources into human capital, can the enterprise finally realize its future vision.

4. Youth career planning and management is the core content of the company's talent strategy, and youth career planning should be regarded as an important part of the company's strategic management.

In view of this, I think young people should realize several basic planning methods:

The first is the analysis and combing of the professional system.

1. Enterprise goal ranking: analyze the future development direction of the enterprise, predict the change of enterprise scale and enterprise resources, and then analyze the career development opportunities brought by enterprise development, including promotion opportunities, new job opportunities, responsibility expansion opportunities, value promotion opportunities and ability promotion opportunities.

2. Sort out the post system: Based on the existing post system and combined with the development trend of the enterprise, comprehensively sort out the future post system of the enterprise, divide the post departments and post categories, and provide a framework for the design of career development channels.

3. Career development channel design: explore various development paths of each position in the enterprise, clarify the realization conditions and steps of each path, and design diversified development channels for each position.

The second is self-assessment.

In order to know ourselves more objectively and comprehensively, we can choose various self-evaluation tools and compile statistical tables for self-evaluation. For example: job satisfaction test, Dutch career orientation test, Cattell 16PF personality test, etc. In addition, after we realize our real interests and value orientation, we should seriously consider the current development situation, development expectations and possible values, and then use the simplest accumulation method to plan and realize step by step:

1, career goal planning, should start from the development of a lifetime, and then make a ten-year plan, a five-year plan, a three-year plan, a one-year plan, a January plan, a week plan and a day plan respectively. After the plan is made, it will be implemented from one day, one week and one month until the goals of one year, three years, five years and ten years are achieved.

2. Set future development goals: What do you want to do? What kind of person do you want to be? What do you want to achieve? Which major do you want to be the best? After you have determined these questions, your life goal will be determined.

3. Make a plan for the next ten years. A 20-year plan is too long, and it is easy to get discouraged. Ten years is just right, and ten years of hard work is enough to achieve a great event. What do you want to do in the next ten years? What do you do? How much income will you have and what kind of life will you live? What is your family and health level? Think carefully, plan one by one, and put it on record.

4. Make a five-year plan: The purpose of making a five-year plan is to implement the ten-year scoring stage. The plan will be further detailed and the goals will be further broken down.

5. Make a three-year plan: As the saying goes, a five-year plan depends on the first three years. Therefore, your three-year plan is more specific and detailed than your five-year plan, because the plan is your action criterion.

6. Make a plan for next year: make a plan for next year, and the steps, methods and timetable to realize the plan. Concrete and practical. If you set goals from now on, you should make a separate plan for this year.

On issues concerning direction and major principles, we should stand firm and take a clear-cut stand, always adhere to the correct political direction, set an example by example, take the lead in doing what is required by superiors, and take the lead in doing what is required by superiors.

2, learning, learning, thinking ability.
