I. Application conditions
(1) Candidates who sign up for the written examination of the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers in our district shall meet the following conditions: 1-5:
1. has China nationality.
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideology and morality.
3. Be one of the following persons:
(1) has a household registration in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
(2) Hold the residence permit of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region within the validity period.
(3) Students studying in Guangxi universities.
(4) Holding a residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents within the validity period of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region or a pass for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to and from the mainland and a five-year validity period for mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.
4. Meet the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualification.
5. Meet the educational requirements of teachers' qualifications in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region:
(1) To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, one should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above, and non-normal graduates should have junior college education or above.
(2) To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have a full-time secondary normal school diploma or above, and non-normal graduates should have a college diploma or above.
(three) to apply for the qualification of teachers in junior middle schools and the qualification of teachers in cultural courses and professional courses in junior vocational schools, you should have graduated from normal colleges or other universities and above.
(four) to apply for the qualification of senior middle school teachers and secondary specialized schools, technical schools, vocational high schools, professional courses, teachers should have a bachelor's degree or above in normal university or other universities; To apply for the qualification of student internship instructor in secondary specialized schools, technical schools and vocational high schools, one should have graduated from secondary vocational schools or above.
(5) Full-time students who do not have the above-mentioned academic qualifications can apply for the corresponding teacher qualification examination if they meet the following conditions: students above the third grade of undergraduate course, fresh graduates of junior college (including five-year compulsory education, "3+2" and three-year compulsory education), and students above the third grade of junior college. Students of other grades are not allowed to apply for the exam.
(2) Students who are specialized in pre-school education in secondary vocational schools and technical colleges, or students who only have graduation certificates in pre-school education in secondary vocational schools and technical colleges, may not sign up for the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers (except for the qualification of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools).
(3) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the examination:
1. Being deprived of political rights according to law or sentenced to more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes.
2. The teacher qualification has been revoked for less than 5 years.
3. Being given the right not to sign up for the teacher qualification examination and the time limit is not full.
(4) According to the spirit of the document of the Ministry of Education, colleges and universities that implement the reform of exemption certification should carry out the assessment of education and teaching ability for their postgraduate students of education and normal students at public expense according to the classification of training objectives. Graduates who pass the assessment of 202 1 and above can be exempted from taking part or all subjects in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination according to the assessment results. According to the principle of voluntariness, graduate students of education and normal students at public expense can also take the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and apply for the corresponding teacher qualification.

Third, the application matters.
(1) Important note.
1. Test area setting.

(1) Fangchenggang and Baise Pingguo test areas only accept kindergarten and primary school teacher qualification examinations.
(2) Candidates can freely choose any test area in Guangxi (that is, the location of the test center) to register, but the test area cannot be changed after the registration fee is paid.
(3) Due to the large increase in the number of applicants in recent years, if the test center where the district, city and government are located cannot meet the test needs of candidates, our district will enable the county-level spare test center and randomly arrange some candidates to take the test at the county-level test center.
2. Personal information of candidates.
(1) Candidates' registration involves important personal information and must be completed by themselves. If others, training institutions, school groups and other units are allowed to register on their behalf, and personal information is wrong, leaked or modified, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
(2) Candidates should be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the application information, and check whether the information filled in is correct again before paying the fee. If the information provided is incorrect or does not meet the registration conditions, the teacher's qualification cannot be recognized, and the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate himself, and the registration fee paid will not be refunded.
(3) The examination information of candidates only means that candidates can take this primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, but passing the examination does not mean that candidates have the conditions to recognize the teacher qualification certificate. Candidates who want to know the information about the qualifications of primary and secondary school teachers can log on to China Teachers' Qualification Network () to inquire about the relevant notices of Guangxi teachers' qualifications, or consult the local education administrative institutions.
(4) The mobile phone number that candidates fill in when registering online is an important way to retrieve the login password. During the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, please carefully change your mobile phone number.

1. All candidates (including those who have taken the written test before) must register and register. Re-registration does not affect the written test and interview results obtained.
2. Candidates should register and submit for review before the registration deadline (September 5 12:00), and no supplementary registration will be accepted after the deadline. 3. Candidates must check the examination subjects that need to be filled in at one time, and the registration fee cannot be added or changed after completion.
4. Photo requirements.
(1) I have taken a bareheaded color photo with a white background in the last 6 months. The photo shows the upper part of the examinee's head and shoulders. You should be able to see the outline of a person's ear and the place equivalent to a man's Adam's apple in the photo. Hats, headscarves, hair bands and colored glasses are not allowed.
(2) The photo file is not more than 200K, and the format is jpg/jpeg. If the photo is too big, use tools such as drawing, Photoshop and ACDsee to cut and compress the photo.
The photos uploaded by candidates do not meet the above requirements and will not be approved. The photos will be used for the admission ticket and test certificate, so please choose carefully.
(3) Review of registration information.
1. Online review is adopted for written test registration, and on-site review is not conducted. The auditing unit uses computer programs to audit the personal information reported by the candidates and the public data of the Big Data Development Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and gives the audit results within 48 hours after the candidates submit the registration information.
2. Candidates should log in to the registration system in time to check the audit results. Online payment can be made after approval; Those who fail the exam must modify the information before the exam deadline, re-select the examination area, application category and examination subjects, and submit the correct registration information again before resuming the status of waiting for the exam. Those who fail to submit the correct information within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the registration. (4) Description of the relevant subjects for application.
1. According to the Notice of the Teacher Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education on Adjusting the Names of Some Examination Subjects in the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Teacher's LetterNo. [202 1] 14), since June 20021year, the names of examination subjects for primary and secondary school teachers have been adjusted accordingly, as follows:
(1) In the primary school interview subject, "primary school society" was adjusted to "primary school morality and rule of law".
(2) The "knowledge and teaching ability of ideological and moral discipline (junior high school)" in junior high school written test subjects is adjusted to "knowledge and teaching ability of moral and legal discipline (junior high school)".
(3) The "ideological and moral character (junior high school)" in junior high school interview subjects is adjusted to "morality and rule of law (junior high school)".
2. According to the Notice of the Teacher Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education on the Separate Coding of Music, Physical Education and facial make-up Subjects in the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (No.34 issued by the Teacher Affairs Department [2065438+07]), music, physical education and facial make-up candidates should choose to fill in the separately coded subjects when registering, that is, they must choose to fill in the "comprehensive quality (music, physical education and facial make-up)".
Candidates who have passed subjects 20 1A and 202A are only allowed to participate in the major subjects of music, physical education and beauty in primary schools. Candidates who have passed subjects 30 1A and 302A are only allowed to participate in music, physical education and aesthetic education in junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools. Candidates get the qualified scores of subjects 20 1, 202, 30 1 and 302, which can replace the qualified scores of subjects 20 1A, 202A, 30 1A and 302A. However, the qualified scores of subjects 20 1A, 202A, 30 1A and 302A cannot replace those of subjects 20 1, 202, 30 1 and 302.
3. According to the Notice of the Teacher Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education on Adding "Mental Health Education" to the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (No.417) and the Notice of the Teacher Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education on Adding "Special Education" to the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (No.56538+09). Four subjects, namely "mental health education", "Japanese", "Russian" and "special education", are added to the cultural classes of junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools. The third written test subject of each new subject (namely "subject knowledge and teaching ability") will be assessed together with the interview. Please choose the corresponding public subjects 20 1, 202 or 30 1 and 302 when taking the written test.

Online payment is implemented for written registration, and on-site payment is not accepted. Candidates who pass the examination should log in to the registration system in time to pay the examination fee. After completing the registration, candidates whose names are found to be wrong and have to change their photos, or candidates whose names on the admission ticket are different from those on their ID cards when printing the admission ticket (such as Yueyue, Huanghuang, Jiwan, Chae Yeon and Sheshe) must correct the registration deadline in the candidate information (65438). Other information can't be corrected except my name and photo. Inconsistency between the name of the candidate and the name of the ID card will lead to the candidate's inability to take the exam and the teacher's qualification.

Candidates are required to accept identity verification and personal belongings inspection when entering the examination room.
Candidates who violate the rules of the examination room and the management of examination staff will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and the Regulations on Teachers' Qualifications. In this examination, if anyone is suspected of illegal and criminal acts, such as cheating, taking the exam instead of himself or letting others take the exam instead of himself, he will be transferred to judicial organs for criminal responsibility according to the provisions of the Criminal Law Amendment (IX) of People's Republic of China (PRC).
