1. All traffic stations and highway epidemic prevention service points in the city check and report the situation of long-term personnel coming (returning) from outside the province and inland areas with serious epidemic situation.

2. If the long-term (returning) personnel from outside the province and the province with serious epidemic situation arrive for less than 5 days and the "Hunan Province Resident Health Code" is a green code, a reminder will pop up on the display interfaces such as "Hunan Province Resident Health Code" and "Place Code".

3. Those who have arrived (returned) in areas outside the province and areas with severe epidemics for less than five days are not allowed to enter public places such as catering services, supermarkets, farmers' markets, beauty salons, foot baths, indoor fitness, song and dance entertainment, amusement halls, bars, Internet cafes, secret rooms, chess rooms, mahjong halls, etc., and are not allowed to participate in personnel gathering activities; If you really need to go out, you should consciously wear a mask.

Article 30

When disease prevention and control institutions, medical institutions, blood collection and blood supply institutions and their personnel performing their duties discover the epidemic situation of infectious diseases stipulated in this Law or the outbreak and epidemic of other infectious diseases with unknown reasons, they shall follow the principle of territorial management of epidemic situation reporting and report according to the contents, procedures, methods and time limits stipulated by the health administrative department of the State Council or the State Council. When military medical institutions provide medical services to the public, they shall report the epidemic situation of infectious diseases specified in the preceding paragraph in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department of health of the State Council.

Article 31

Any unit or individual shall report to the nearby disease prevention and control institutions or medical institutions in a timely manner when discovering patients with infectious diseases or suspected patients with infectious diseases.
