Disposable paper cups and stainless steel pots can be used at home. Ceramic bowls rely on heat resistance. The heat resistance can't meet the requirements of the oven. The paper shape of the finished bread is also destroyed. The latter two are not recommended for ovens.
Now we will use paper cups as molds and ovens to make cakes, as shown below:
Prepare the materials needed to make the cake first.
Ingredients: whole egg liquid 200g, fine sugar 95g, low-gluten flour 133g, rapeseed oil 35g and milk 53g.
Accessories: Shui Yi 10g.
1. Mix the prepared materials, salad oil and milk, and beat with an egg beater until the oil and milk are completely emulsified.
2. Put the whole egg in a stainless steel basin.
3. Add sugar and Shui Yi into the basin at one time.
4. Beat the eggs, sugar and Shui Yi evenly with a manual whisk, then put the basin in water and heat and stir until the temperature of the egg liquid in the basin reaches 40 degrees.
5. Take it out and beat it at high speed with an egg beater until the egg liquid turns milky white. Pick up the egg mixture with an egg beater and draw an 8. After writing clearly, the egg liquid is basically distributed.
Then switch to low speed and continue to pass for 2 ~ 3 minutes. When the agitator is fixed on one side, the bowl rotates without the agitator moving. In this process, the big bubbles will be caught by the eggbeater, and the egg paste will become quite delicate. When the eggbeater is lifted again to draw the figure 8, it will not disappear and the egg paste will be stirred.
6. Add the flour into the stirred egg paste three times.
7. Contact the egg paste with a rubber knife, stir the egg liquid at a constant speed for about 30 ~ 40 times, and stir all the flour evenly until no dry flour can be seen.
8. Put the prepared paper cups on the baking tray and put them neatly.
9. Put the stirred egg paste into a paper bag and squeeze it into a paper cup.
10. After the oven is preheated, put it in the oven and bake at the middle layer of 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
