Third, the total tax revenue and income of all state-owned private banks in China, including Alibaba, Tencent, Wanda Country Garden and China Unicom Telecom, China National Petroleum Corporation, is less than half that of China Tobacco. The latest data is that tobacco tax is equal to China's military expenditure for two years. If military spending is banned, the economy will have to return to before the reform and opening up.

Fourth, the harm of cigarettes is far less than that of drugs (drugs can make people hallucinate, but cigarettes can't), but a series of industries driven by cigarettes are extremely huge, such as medical care, packaging, service industry and entertainment. Even if the country wants to ban them, China tobacco has become a monster that the country can't shake, but drugs can't do this, because there is no law to ban tobacco in all countries of the world, but almost all countries have banned drugs, and the source of drugs is far lower than tobacco.
