This time, I really pay attention to diet psychologically and no longer rely solely on exercise to consume calories. Second, clearly find your own problems. Recently, the project team received a big order in Europe. Mr. Tian, a trader, often tells me one of his ideas. During the bidding period, he kept asking himself, from which aspect will the customer refuse us, price, technology or service? He constantly reflects every day, and he will make adjustments to any problems that he thinks may arise, so that customers can't refuse. The same is true of the fact of getting fat. This week, I have been asking myself what caused me to be beaten back to my original shape. I know I eat too well and eat too much. Only when I find the problem can I solve it. Many times I really don't know where my mistakes are. This week, I found many problems with my diet.
I like to eat something heavy. Heavy salt and heavy oil include mustard tuber, hot pot, and my habit of cooking with spices.

Third, after knowing the standard of diet, you have a choice of diet. According to the daily intake of 6g of salt and 25g of oil, you don't need to eat sugar alone to see what you want to eat.
