Click on the health code on Alipay's homepage, and you will see an online complaint when you slide down. Just fill in the proof that you have done nucleic acid, or you can apply for code change in your community with your personal data.
Note that it is checked twice every three days, and the next nucleic acid can be done after 24 hours.
