You can even shorten your sleep time every day and keep your mind clear and stable.
3. yoga Nidra is a way to clean the body and mind. When the body and mind are in a state of tension for a long time, the resistance will weaken and the disease will naturally take advantage of it. The last part of each yoga class will end with "supine posture" (see P. 159). It has a great relaxing and meditating effect, giving people a feeling of relaxation and tranquility. When we extend this feeling to our daily life, interpersonal relationships will become harmonious and we will be more tolerant and comfortable to everything around us.
