4. Then cook the taro, boil the water in the pot, pour the water into the taro and cook until it floats, continue cooking for 5 minutes, turn off the fire and take out the cold water.

5. Pour the black tea and sugar into 600 ml of clear water, bring to a boil over high fire, and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Dark brown color and rich fragrance. Turn off the fire and filter out the black tea water.

6. Take 200 grams of black tea water and pour it into 10 grams of white bean jelly, stir it evenly, boil it over high fire, pour it into a bowl and let it cool. After cooling, the black tea water naturally solidifies, and the brewed tea is cut into small pieces.

7. Pour the remaining black tea water into the milk powder and brew evenly, and the milk tea will be ready.

8. Pour the frozen black tea, cooked taro, pearls and honey beans into the bowl. You can put more if you like.

9. Finally, pour in milk tea. Taro and honey beans are sweet, so I only used 20 grams of white sugar to cook milk tea and make tea jelly. Generally speaking, it is not very sweet, so it tastes good without getting angry!
