On how to pay attention to students' mental health in Chinese classroom teaching

This paper focuses on students' mental health and deeply analyzes students' psychological problems. Using modern psychological theory, this paper probes into how Chinese teachers play the role of mental health teachers in their own classroom teaching and assume the responsibility of maintaining and maintaining students' mental health. Keywords: classroom teaching permeates mental health education. Good mental health is an important part of people's comprehensive quality and a very important content of talents' quality in the future. As a school, psychological education should not be regarded as additional education, but should permeate the whole process of school education and teaching, especially subject teaching is more important. Classroom teaching is the main activity of students in a day, and the classroom is also the most important activity place for students in a day. Students spend the most time and energy in the classroom. Therefore, infiltrating mental health education into classroom teaching is undoubtedly the most effective, meaningful and valuable way for schools to carry out mental health education. Educator Suhomlinski pointed out: "You are not only a teacher of your own discipline, but also an educator of students, a mentor of life and a moral guide". Therefore, teachers in all subjects should teach and educate people, actively implement mental health education according to the laws of students' physical and mental development, and improve students' mental health level. Specific to Chinese, the Chinese Curriculum Standard points out that "Chinese teaching should cultivate students' feelings of loving the language and writing of the motherland and the excellent culture of the Chinese nation, cultivate socialist ideology, morality and patriotism, develop healthy personality and form a sound personality. "From the requirements of the new era, to have a good psychological quality is to let students achieve mental health. Only students who are physically and mentally healthy are truly healthy. As a Chinese teacher, we have the responsibility to infiltrate mental health education in Chinese teaching, so that our students can grow up healthily in the Chinese world. However, some behaviors and psychology of modern students make me think deeply and arouse my concern about students' mental health. Here, I will talk about my own experience and practice on how to pay attention to students' mental health in class. I. Dialysis of Middle School Students' Suicide I saw this news on the Internet: Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention conducted a survey on the health risk behaviors of adolescents in Jiangsu Province. The survey results showed that 15.4% of middle school students had considered suicide. What causes students to commit suicide or want to commit suicide? I think from the perspective of students' mental health, there are roughly the following reasons: (1) psychological pressure is relatively high. This mainly comes from the pressure of entering a higher school. Parents of most students put their children's academic performance in the most important position. Coupled with the school's exam-oriented education, students are trained into exam machines. Therefore, from the first day when children carry schoolbags, they are faced with invisible and heavy learning pressure. (2) Weak psychological endurance and lack of will and perseverance. Nowadays, there are many only children in middle school students, and some of them live the life of "little emperor" and "little princess" with "stars holding the moon", which is highly dependent and lacks independence. Weak will, lack of courage and determination to overcome difficulties and setbacks. (3) Selfish and narrow-minded, lacking tolerance and cooperation consciousness. Now most children are only children, and the whole family is centered on him. Only others can tolerate him, but he cannot tolerate others. I often just want others to adapt to myself, but I seldom consider that I should adapt to others. (4) Emotion is easy to fluctuate and self-control ability is poor. Showed as impatience, impulsiveness, lack of patience, in the face of a little frustration, a little injustice, you will be furious and furious. (5) Self-awareness and life awareness are weak. As the saying goes: people are self-aware, but middle school students often can't make correct self-evaluation and have positive self-experience, so they can't accept themselves happily. Give up on yourself and have a weak sense of life. In short, there are problems in students' mental health. Second, based on Chinese classroom teaching, infiltrate mental health education. Most rural middle schools do not offer mental health education courses, nor do they have full-time psychological counseling teachers. We Chinese teachers should shoulder the responsibility of mental health education for students, infiltrate mental health education into Chinese teaching, and strive to make Chinese classroom teaching the main channel of mental health education in schools. Based on Chinese classroom teaching, paying attention to students' mental health and infiltrating mental health education, I think we should practice hard in the following aspects: (1) Establish a scientific view of students and actively create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. To some extent, the healthy development of teenagers' body and mind depends on the nature of specific interpersonal relationships. In order for teenagers to have good interpersonal relationships, educators need to set an example and establish good teacher-student relationships. It can be seen that efforts to establish a good relationship between teachers and students are the embodiment of attaching importance to students' mental health. In order to establish this harmonious and cordial relationship, teachers should pay attention to the following aspects: First, understanding students objectively and accurately is the beginning of establishing a good relationship between teachers and students, so it is very important for teachers to make a correct and objective evaluation of sketches. Secondly, teachers should fully respect and trust students. Thirdly, teachers' positive expectations of students are an effective means to promote the benign interaction between teachers and students. In short, in classroom teaching, we should respect and trust our educational objects-students, and regard them as equal and independent individuals with us in personality. Strive to make students become our partners and close friends and build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Let students learn to respect, trust and cooperate with others in the construction of this cooperative and friendly teacher-student relationship. (2) Abandon the outdated concept of teaching objectives and strive to optimize the subject classroom teaching. Students are unhappy in their studies, which will cause students' mood swings. Some students have poor academic performance because they are tired of learning, which often leads to inferiority and loneliness, which directly affects their mental health. Teachers' outdated teaching concepts and backward teaching strategies are one of the reasons why students are tired of learning. Therefore, for the healthy growth of students, we must establish a scientific view of teaching objectives and strive to optimize classroom teaching. The new concept of teaching objectives requires us to attach importance not only to the teaching of declarative knowledge, but also to the teaching of procedural knowledge and strategic knowledge, so that students can have "basic knowledge, basic skills and methods to adapt to lifelong learning"; We should not only attach importance to imparting knowledge, but also cultivate students' attitudes, feelings and values, so that students can "gradually develop a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values" and "make students have a strong body and good psychological quality, develop a healthy aesthetic taste and lifestyle, and become a new generation with ideals, morality, education and discipline". To optimize Chinese classroom teaching, we should start from the following aspects: First, highlight students' dominant position and make them the main body of learning activities. Secondly, choose teaching strategies and optimize the design of teaching activities. For example, in order to focus on cultivating students' interest, emotion and creativity, happy teaching is adopted. For students with learning difficulties, hierarchical progressive teaching and successful teaching can be adopted. Third, improve classroom management ability and create a good classroom psychological environment. In the process of classroom teaching, teachers firmly establish modern teaching concepts, use psychological theories and techniques to guide their own teaching and optimize classroom teaching. It can not only improve the teaching effect, but more importantly, let every student have a successful experience, improve their interest in learning and help them form a good learning mood. At the same time, it can improve the relationship between teachers and students, relieve students' learning pressure, and be conducive to students' psychological healthy growth. (3) Forging students' healthy personality on the basis of comprehensive Chinese learning and oral communication. Some students are weak in self-awareness, prone to fluctuations, unable to effectively control their emotions, unable to adapt to the living environment, and tense interpersonal relationships. These are all manifestations of insufficient personality. Teachers in China have the obligation to help students form a sound personality. "Chinese Curriculum Standard" clearly points out: "Chinese curriculum should also pay attention to improving students' moral cultivation and aesthetic taste, so that they can gradually form a good personality and a sound personality, and promote the harmonious development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty. "In my opinion, comprehensive Chinese learning and oral communication are a good platform for casting students' sound personality. (4) Based on Chinese classroom teaching, improve students' ability to resist setbacks. Some students have weak psychological endurance and lack will and perseverance. So once you encounter risks and setbacks, you will often give in to setbacks and become victims of difficulties and setbacks. It seems that improving students' ability to resist setbacks is very important for their mental health. In classroom teaching, Chinese teachers can improve students' anti-frustration ability from the following aspects in combination with their own Chinese teaching tasks. First of all, help students establish a correct outlook on life and the world. The mental health of those students who have suicidal thoughts because of accidental major setbacks is not caused by a setback, but a long-term misunderstanding of the value of life. Having a correct outlook on life and the world will enable students to have a correct understanding of life and the world, observe and analyze objective things correctly, and improve their tolerance for setbacks and psychological conflicts. At the same time, with lofty ideals, students will not haggle over the immediate pain and gains and losses, thus having enough motivation to overcome pessimism. For example, when teaching the article "If Life Deceives You", students can discuss the attitude towards life expressed by the author in the poem, exchange their learning experiences, make them understand that setbacks are objective facts, and guide them to face setbacks bravely and treat them with a positive attitude towards life; Establish a firm belief that the world will eventually get better. Another example is teaching the article "Life, Life". Through reading the article, let the students understand the correct attitude towards life, that is, they must be responsible for themselves and let the limited life play its infinite value in order to live more brilliantly. Secondly, it is the main channel to cultivate students' willpower, perseverance and perseverance, and classroom training with strong perseverance should be the most important method. 1, make full use of the texts involved in the cultivation of good will quality in the teaching materials. For example, the article "Climbing to the Top of the Earth", the second volume of the seventh grade, praised the team members' strong will and fearless spirit by describing how China mountaineers overcame many difficulties and climbed Mount Everest. When teaching, let students talk about their own experience and how to overcome the difficulties in learning and exercise their will quality. 2. In view of the poor anti-interference ability of Grade One, anti-interference training is carried out. In class, students in odd lines recite the text, students in even lines do reading analysis questions, and then summarize and analyze them. In this way, the will of double-row students can be cultivated in training. This is a test of a person's will. Teachers should guide in time to cultivate students' will and perseverance. Third, help teenagers master some ways to overcome setbacks. Chinese textbooks are rich in nutrition and contain many methods to overcome setbacks. We can help teenagers master these methods to overcome the setbacks in classroom teaching. For example, in the step-by-step teaching, let students learn to "treat calmly" and "build confidence"; When teaching "Climbing to the Top of the Earth", let students learn "teamwork"; When teaching "Life on a Desert Island", let students learn to "guide themselves". "Self-motivation" and so on. Paying attention to students' mental health in Chinese classroom teaching is not to let Chinese teachers carry out mental health education without Chinese teaching, but to ask Chinese teachers to seek the combination of the two according to their own tasks and disciplines in Chinese classroom teaching. In Chinese classroom teaching, psychological theory and technology are used to promote the development of students' cognition, emotion, will and behavior, and to improve students' personality. In a word, whether it is the need of social development or the trend of educational reform, it is urgent for our educators to know more about children's mental health. It can not only make our work handy, but also make a useful contribution to the physical and mental health of children in China. To implement psychological education in classroom teaching, it is necessary to integrate psychological education into classroom teaching activities, achieve the effect of "subtle, moist and silent", and further improve students' mental health unconsciously.
